The interior of these units measures 7 feet by 12 feet across. The height of a ceiling is almost 7,5 feet. As aluminum conducts heat easily, they added an insulation – urethane foam between aluminum sheets. The walls’ insulation keeps house quiet. Inside the house there are modern appliances and conveniences as a bed, a toilet, a shower, a sink, a kitchenette (with a fridge, a microwave and a stove) , a TV and an air-conditioning. Most of the interior fixtures are made out of aluminum.

Bills are cheaper, you have less to maintain around you, besides you really don’t have extra space for buying things you won’t use. One guy built it by himself and it looks amazing!
